OBSERVED HOLIDAYS

413 Fitness will be closed the following days each year:

  • April 14th – 17th

  • November 22nd – 28th

  • December 24th – January 2nd

BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

We operate exclusively with an automatic monthly billing system with the following guidelines: One On One Training

  • Clients will be billed on the same day each month for the amount of sessions they choose to train each month. This number will be determined by multiplying how many sessions they prefer to train weekly by four (4).

  • Due to being billed 12 times per year (as opposed to 13 times if you were being billed every four weeks), the average client will accrue 8-12 “free” sessions per year. This is perfect, because it allows for holidays and last minute cancellations across the year without losing sessions that were paid for.

  • With the above statement taken into consideration, we hope that you understand that we will do our best to get everyone scheduled properly on short weeks (due to holidays), but we will be unable to make-up sessions that do not occur under those circumstances.

  • As far as make up sessions go, we will be able to allow 1 make up session per client per month.

  • In the case of vacations, if you will be gone more than 7 days, we will be more than happy to

    adjust your monthly payment to reflect the time you will miss. Should the vacation be 7 days or

    shorter, we will utilize the monthly make up session allotment.

  • Our cancellation policy will remain the same in that we do require 24 hour notice or the session

    may be forfeited.

Semi-Private Training

  • Clients will be billed on the same day each month for the amount of sessions they choose to train each month. This number will be determined by multiplying how many sessions they prefer to train weekly by four (4).

  • Due to the amount of sessions available across the week, there will be no credits or adjustments made for missed semi-private sessions.

  • Should you be absent for a substantial amount of time, we recommend freezing your billing for 1 month at a time with 30 day notice.

  • Semi-Private sessions that are not used in one month will not carry over into the next month.

    Please understand that these policies are in place to allow us the opportunity to deliver the best service to all of our clients fairly. In addition, these practices help us to remain on the same page and efficient in scheduling sessions to the best of our ability.
