What is a Success Session?

A Success Session is an introductory session to find what kind of training is the best fit for you. We will begin by getting to know you by running though your health and medical history, and goals that you may have. This way we will know how to pick the best exercises to fit your goals. We will also go through a brief workout that will show you exactly what we are all about. After the session, we will make the best recommendation on what kind of training will work best for you!
