What is a Success Session?
A Success Session is an introductory session to find what kind of training is the best fit for you. We will begin by getting to know you by running though your health history, any surgeries or injuries, and goals that you have. This way we will have a good idea of what we need to be mindful of while training and how to pick the best exercises to fit your goals. Then we will go over a brief workout, just long enough to get a taste of what it is like and make sure you will enjoy it. After we see how you move, we will be able to make the best recommendation on what kind of training and how often will work best for you!
