Our Team



Blake received his first personal training certification in 2013 while attending University of Cincinnati for a degree in Exercise and Fitness. Shortly after graduating, he moved back to open 413 Fitness in 2015. It is his goal to build stronger disciples physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Hobbies: Snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, and hill sprints.
Favorite Music to Lift to: Anything, as long as it’s Drake.
Favorite Exercise: Snatch Olympic lifting
Mantra: 1% Better



Margaret has been training at 413 since March of 2017. She earned her CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast in December of 2016, with her Bachelors in Strategic Communication and is the head of Marketing.

Hobbies/Interests: Horseback riding, traveling, reading, hiking, dancing, anything involving the ocean (she is a Maine native) and occasionally her and Blake dabble in acro-yoga!
Favorite Music to Lift to: Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard, or DMX
Favorite Exercise: Mostly bicep curls
Mantra: Strong not skinny



Joanne won the opportunity to train at 413 Fitness in October 2015. She loves the transformation in her own life and wants to help others in their journey to better health and fitness. Joanne is currently studying for the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification.

Hobbies: Sewing, reading history books, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Sam graduated from Lindsey Wilson University College in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Christian Ministry with a minor in Social Science. Sam loves people and loves Jesus. She has a passion for fitness, specifically mom’s. She loves empowering women to chase being strong, not skinny; helping them become all that God created them to be!

Hobbies: Being a wife and mom of 3. Running, camping, & bike riding. But not the Assault Bike though, that thing is the devil.
Favorite music to train to: From Lauren Daigle to Beyonce.
Favorite Exercise: Running!
