Nutrition Foundations

Our Nutrition Foundations Program ($129) is a 4 week course designed to teach basic eating habits that will sustain any diet choices.

On Going Monthly Coaching

  • “Good”  – $99 – InBody composition scan every 4 weeks with guided goal setting and education resources. Bi-weekly check in’s via email for accountability. 
  • “Better” – $159 – InBody composition scan every 4 weeks with guided goal setting and education resources. Weekly check in calls for accountability + follow up email recapping phone call and plan for that week. 
  • “Best” – $199 –  InBody composition scan every 4 weeks with guided goal setting and education resources. Weekly check in calls for accountability + follow up email recapping phone call and plan for that week. As well as a 30min in person meeting each month.

I started training at 413 in Jan 2017. From 2017-2019, I saw significant improvement in my strength and endurance overall and became a strong athlete. However, my weight fluctuated and continued to trend upward, topping out at 163lbs in Jan 2019. Margaret has since helped me dial in on my nutrition, not to lose weight but to become a strong athlete. In 1 year, I am down 17lbs and am training for my first full marathon! Without Margaret’s expertise I would still be spinning my wheels. While training is great, without the proper nutrition you are not going to get far.
