Facilities

Your own workout haven.

When coming into our facility, you will notice that it is mostly open space without many machines as found in most "traditional" gyms. We believe that the best machine to utilize is your own body and learning how to move better will lead to a healthier, happier you. 

 
 

How It Began

In 2015, Blake moved back home to Southern Indiana from Cincinnati to open up 413 Fitness in hopes of building a healthier community. What started off as a small space just over 250 square feet based out of a multi-purpose facility, is now 3,000 square feet and is Southern Indiana's premiere personal training facility. At 413 Fitness, our aim is to provide a unique training facility that gets people excited about fitness. From high school athletes, to couples in their 60s and 70s, we have the team that will provide an excellent experience that will have you looking forward to your next workout.
