Blake received his first personal training certification in 2013 while attending University of Cincinnati for a degree in Nursing. Once he got a taste of the fitness industry, he switched his major to Exercise and Fitness. Shortly after graduating, he moved back to Georgetown with his Dad to open 413 Fitness in 2015. It is his goal to build stronger disciples physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Hobbies: Snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, and hill sprints.

Favorite Music to Lift to: Anything, as long as it’s Drake.

Favorite Exercise: Front squats
