In 2015, Blake moved back home to Southern Indiana from Cincinnati to open up 413 Fitness in hopes of building a healthier community. What started off as a small space, is now Southern Indiana’s premiere personal training facility. At 413 Fitness, our aim is to provide a unique training facility that gets people excited about fitness. From high school athletes, to couples in their 60s and 70s, we have the team that will provide an excellent experience that will have you looking forward to your next workout.

When coming into our facility, you will notice the lack of many machines that are found in most “traditional” gyms. We believe in an open floor plan, and that the best machine to utilize is your own body by learning how to move better. This leads to a healthier, happier you!
